  1. I started my program of study in 2007. How will these changes affect me?
If you enrolled in a single degree in 2007 or earlier, have studied full-time and have not failed any courses, you are unlikely to be affected. However, you may be required to study a course that has changed unit values in the future, e.g. a Level 2 course in 2009 or a Level 4 course in 2011.

  2. If I commence my program of study in 2008, will I be affected by these changes?
No. You will automatically enrol in 3-unit courses and will therefore not be affected.

  3. Will these changes affect the enrolment process?
There will be no change to the enrolment process. A step by step guide to enrolment is provided at the University's online enrolment site.

  4. How can I find out how many units I have completed in my program?
Check your enrolment history through Access Adelaide to find out how many units you have completed – do not include courses that you have either withdrawn from or failed in your calculation.

  5. How can I find out how many units I still need to get my degree?
Check your enrolment history through Access Adelaide to find out how many units you have completed – do not include courses you have either withdrawn from or failed in your calculation. Subtract this number from the total number of units you require to complete your program – this is specified in the program rules for your program in the Calendar.

  6. If I am studying a double or combined degree, how will I know which courses have changed?
Check your study plan to see what courses you need to study to complete your program. Course details are available through Course Planner.

  7. If I am adding a new program to my existing program in 2008 in order to study a double degree, how will these changes affect me?
Check your study plan to see what courses you need to study to complete your program. Course details are available through Course Planner.

  8. Will these changes affect my postgraduate studies?
These changes will not affect postgraduate studies.

  9. What if I am still uncertain about how these changes affect my program of study?
If you are still uncertain about how these changes will affect your progam and would like to speak to a course advisor, contact the Faculty Office.
